The challenge
Job hunting in Canada can be discouraging. Many job seekers lack meaningful guidance and positive results. But not graduates of Robertson College. Robertson Workforce helps graduates navigate the job market and provides guidance on how they can stand out in the crowd. It was time to raise awareness of this powerful differentiator available at Robertson.
The solution
Brandish came to us with a creative concept of producing a campaign where job seekers are not able to stand out, so much so that they literally blend in with their environments. Blending in? Stand out with Robertson.
Building on Brandish's creative vision, we provided a full-service production, encompassing everything from scripting and casting to set design and wardrobe. Because of the unique concept, we also provided technical planning to determine the best production technique for blending our characters into their environment. We utilized a vacant office space to create seven distinct backdrops. And our production design team did an unbelievable job on wardrobe and set design to really sell the concept.
The results
This project demanded teams from multiple departments working closely together to bring it all together. The end result was really well received by both Brandish and Robertson and we delivered over 30 deliverables as part of an integrated campaign including out of home. The campaign has increased inquiries and enrollment in Robertson College programming.
